Paula Srur Carcar is a composer, arranger, and orchestrator from Buenos Aires, Argentina, whose work reflects a deep belief in music and storytelling as foundational elements of cultural identity. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Film and Media Scoring and a minor in Theory of Jazz and Popular Song.

Paula has worked with the Los Angeles Film Conducting Intensive (LAFCI) as part of their music preparation team for orchestral recording sessions at Sony Pictures and Warner Bros. Studios, where she collaborated with legends Conrad Pope, William Ross, Alan Meyerson, and Arturo Sandoval. In concert settings, she has arranged for Nu Deco Ensemble; Pops of Color Orchestra, including their NY Town Hall concert honoring the work of Lin-Manuel Miranda; Peoria Symphony Orchestra; and Philharmonic Orchestra Project, led by Grammy- and Latin Grammy-winning Carlitos Lopez. She also serves as an orchestrator for the Multicultural Music Group Orchestra in New York City.
